Hunt for the Source of the Nile

Meet: TroGro @ 3:30 PM on Wednesday

Return: Friday @ 12

Member: $58

Non member: $73

John Hannack Specke really thought he had it back in 1858 when he found a lake he claimed was the source of the Nile River. Join Emma and Elliott to prove almost two centuries of science wrong with the earthshaking news that the true source of the longest river in the world is just 50 miles northeast of San Diego in a cluster of palm trees. On our journey we’ll be venturing into slot canyons, and palm oases to escape the desert heat. Come rewrite the geography books with us in a journey that will ring in the great annals of human achievement for centuries to come.
