Return: Sunday October 10th, 1pm

Member: $37 Non member: $47

Activity: Backpacking, hiking, camping, hot spring soaking

Difficulty: 3/8

Been wanting to try out backpacking for the first time? Looking for a break from midterm season and need to soak the stress outta you? Look no further and join us on a relaxing 1 night intro backpacking trip to Deep Creek Hot Spring!

We’re hitting up the nice natural hot spring pools tucked away 2 hours from the LA city bustle in the San Bernardino Nation Forest area, right off of the famed PCT. The hike itself will be short (6 miles roundtrip) but steep (1000ft + elevation gain), quite streneous for beginners, so previous hiking experience is highly recommended. We’ll be packing tents and sleeping bag with us, soaking and exploring in the afternoon and camping around the water at night. We’ll likley be encountering other friendly soakers, some may be entirely nude. We respect their choices and make sure that’s something you’re comfortable with as well.
