Do you like photography?? Do you like backpacking?? Do you want to see some of the BEST views of Sequoia. PERIOD?? Well lucky you, SCO has a trip for you!! We are going to do all of those things and MORE. We will put the pedal to the metal and haul ourselves up to Sequoia on Friday morning and hit the trail. We will get to a beautiful meadow toward the end of the day and take some beautiful sunset shots on the surrounding scenery. With no moon in the sky, we will be able to see and photograph the Milky Way and the starry, starry night sky. Haven’t ever done night photography before?? Well there’s a first for everything!! The next day we will feel the burn in our thighs as we summit Alta peak for one of the best views in the park, overlooking Sequoia NP and two other SCO groups at the lakes below us.
