We’re going on a walk to Switzer Falls. That’s about it. We’re gonna nosh on some food too. We might learn about some plants. Bring a book or some homework (not encouraged) or a paint set or a journal so we can have a little picnic at Switzer Falls. It’s gonna be chill

TRIP DIFFICULTY RATING SYSTEM

  • Difficulty rating for trips

    • 1: No physical activity.

    • 2: Leisurely walk.

    • 3: 3-5 miles, about 1500 ft of gain, well maintained trails. About 3 hours of continuous activity.

    • 4: 5-10 miles, about 3000 ft of gain, well maintained trails. 4-6 hours of continuous activity.

    • 5: 10-14 miles, over 3000 ft of gain, variable trail conditions possible. Full day of continuous activity.

    • 6: At high altitude. 10-14 miles, over 3000 ft of gain, variable trail conditions possible. Full day of continuous activity.

    • 7: Technical skills may be necessary. At high altitude. Scrambling involved

    • 8: u gunna die
