In October of 2021, Oliver Hanley and Josie Heppelmann ventured into Joshua Tree National Park while shooting a documentary… While reviewing the footage they noticed an unnatural and unsettling phenomenon… They are looking to recruit a crew willing to return with them and answer the question… What is going on with the Joshua Trees?
Our brave participants will join us at 8 am on Saturday the 13th at Shack Shack. We will leave from there to Joshua Tree National Park where we will hike about 6 miles into the park to our campsite where we will eat dinner, explore, read scary stories, and avoid staring at Joshua Trees for too long or knocking over any rock piles. The next morning we will eat breakfast, hike 6 miles back to the cars, and eat lunch on the road back to campus. We will be back around 3 pm.
