Come summit the tallest mountain in Los Angeles, Mt. Baldy (10,068 feet)!! Anyone obsessed with tall mountains, this summit is your rite of passage for living in LA. We start the summit Saturday, hike 5 miles up a steep elevation gain of 4,000ft. We will set up camp at the summit, enjoy sunset, a well deserved meal, and spend the night. We will pack up Sunday morning, head down the mountain and back to SC. This is a difficult summit, with no shade cover and loose rocks, so be prepared to be challenged!
