Pre-Trip Meeting: Thursday 9/3, 7 PM at 2647 Orchard Ave (Shack) (contact us if you can’t make it)

Hit the trail with Lilly and Charlie on an EPIC backpacking adventure through Sequoia’s Jennie Lakes Wilderness! Over three days, we’ll trek through beautiful mountain forests, cross creeks, and spend TWO nights lakeside at Weaver and Jennie Lakes, where we can cool off with a swim, relax by the water, play cards, and stargaze under the Sierra night sky.

We’ll kick things off on Saturday by leaving bright and early at 6 AM and making our way to the trailhead, arriving around 11:30 AM. From there, we’ll hit the trail and hike about 3 miles through the forest to our first destination, Weaver Lake! Once we arrive, we’ll set up camp, take a well-earned dip, and enjoy a relaxing evening by the water.

On Sunday, we’ll wake up, pack up camp, and head out for our biggest day of hiking: an 8.5-mile trek from Weaver Lake to Jennie Lake. After a solid day of hiking, we’ll arrive at Jennie Lake, where we’ll set up camp and spend our second night lakeside.

For our final day on Monday, we’ll pack up one last time and hike 5.3 miles back to the car. Once we're back, we’ll celebrate completing our loop before making the drive home, aiming to arrive around 6:30 PM.

(We won’t be providing dinner Monday night, but if we fall behind schedule, we’ll most definitely stop for food.)
