Come join Harry, Armaan, and Joe up in the beautiful Mt. Pinos Chumash Wilderness. We will be departing from the USC Village at 6am on November 7th, headed north through the valley and up to the Condor Summit Trailhead. This 10.4mi out and back trail will take us to not 1, not 2, but 3 mountain peaks, namely Mt. Pinos, Sawmill, and Grouse Mountain! We will enjoy a provided lunch on the trail and soak up the sweeping 360 degree views. After bagging the peaks, we will return to the trailhead and setup camp at the McGill campsite. We’ll cook dinner over a nice warm campfire and watch the starry night sky. The campsite is situated at 7300’ above sea level so it will be chilly! Bring all your warm layers! In the morning, we will cook breakfast and warm up on a chill 1.8mi walk through the Jeffery Meadow Loop Trail. Ater the hike we will head back to USC, returning by 3pm on Sunday November 8th.

Note: depending on weather we may have the opportunity to snow shoe a section of the Mt. Pinos
