Trip Description:

Come pre-game with us!! Join Kylie and Blake on a glorious adventure to Parker Mesa Overlook in Topanga State Park. We will start our day bright and early at the Hecuba Statue in the USC Village. Get your seatbelts on! We then have about an hour drive to our trailhead.

The first half of our hike will be about 3.5 miles with around 1,200 feet of elevation gain. After some intense hiking, we will reach the amazing viewpoint at Parker Mesa Overlook. All of the socal classics will be in view: Santa Monica coastline, San Gabriel mountains, Catalina Island, and the LA basin. As we are taking in the views, we will crack open a celebratory cold one (non-alcoholic). Gotta get prepared for that SCO party! Make sure to pack your favorite color solo cup to enjoy our delectable treat in style. After some good vibes at the overlook, we will head back down to the cars and make our way home to USC.

But WAIT—it’s not over yet! Later that night, there will be a SCO party where you will have the chance to keep hanging out with your super cool guides and some fellow SCO enthusiasts. Join us for a full day of SCO shenanigans!!!
