The views will take your breath away while Shane and Sofi help you master it! Do you want to be told how to breathe? Most people don’t, but you do! Come to Malibu with Sofi and Shane for a beautiful afternoon of meditation and breathwork! You will be led into psychedelic states of consciousness with the power of your own breathe! We will be exploring our own limiting beliefs and how to transform them. Come enjoy and day of self love and self exploration in beautiful Malibu. We will be swimming, hanging out an enjoying each other’s company.
Leave by 2 pm Saturday (9/17). Be sure to eat a decent lunch before!
Meet at Starbucks near Leavy Library.
Open to everyone. No prior mediation experience needed
Latest arrival back to campus would be 9 pm.
Menu is being crafted by our Master Chef and looking for recommendations from participants.
Form will be sent out for dietary restrictions, preferences, etc.

Difficulty rating for trips
1: No physical activity.
2: Leisurely walk.
3: 3-5 miles, about 1500 ft of gain, well maintained trails. About 3 hours of continuous activity.
4: 5-10 miles, about 3000 ft of gain, well maintained trails. 4-6 hours of continuous activity.
5: 10-14 miles, over 3000 ft of gain, variable trail conditions possible. Full day of continuous activity.
6: At high altitude. 10-14 miles, over 3000 ft of gain, variable trail conditions possible. Full day of continuous activity.
7: Technical skills may be necessary. At high altitude. Scrambling involved
